The well-preserved old-style building exuded authenticity. the room was impeccably clean and boasted a comfortable bed that ensured a restful sleep, a top priority for me. Despite the chilly weather outside, the room's heating kept me warm and cozy. The staff and owners were exceptionally kind, adding a personal touch to the experience. the delicious homemade breakfast was a delightful treat. the small on-site parking was a practical perk for the area. I stayed in Room #7, a lovely space with a courtyard-facing balcony on the third floor. the lack of AC wasn't missed in the cool mountain climate. Matsurev Han truly stood out for its outstanding service and impeccable cleanliness. the daily towel and bedding changes showcased a commitment to hygiene. Staff members were helpful, professional, and always wore a welcoming smile. For those seeking a genuine Balkan experience with excellent value, Matsurev Han is a top choice.
